Peace at Home | Parenting, Leadership, Faith, Time Management, Routines, Emotional Regulation, Yelling
Are you killing it everywhere, except at home? Do you love your kids immensely, but struggle with anger, yelling, or doom-scrolling when they’re around? Does it feel like an impossible balancing act to be a present mother who honours her faith while you perform at work? Is there just never enough of you or your time to go around?
You’re in the right place, mama! This is where high-performing Christian women come to feel calm, create connection with their kids, and excel in motherhood.
I’m Lindsay. A mom, corporate leader, and Christian. For 3 years, I was trying to balance motherhood and work with time management strategies and routines that just left me more stressed-out, depleted, and before I knew it, resentful. I felt like a failure as a mom, and motherhood felt like a task-list. I had to un-learn that motherhood was only about housework, managing the mental load, and leaving who I really was at the door. When I brought my whole self and life mission home with me, my family began to thrive, and my home life felt fun again! I was finally able to connect authentically with my kids, parent with peace, and my performance at work improved beyond what I was able to do before I had a family.
If you are ready to be the mother God created you to be without sacrificing yourself or your performance at work, this is the podcast for you.
Grab your latte, and let’s dive in!

You’ll learn:
Why comparison keeps moms feeling isolated and disconnected
The emotional root behind fear of judgment from other women
How social media contributes to insecurity and loneliness in motherhood
Why vulnerability and emotional safety matter in female friendships
Practical and faith-based ways to build healthy, life-giving mom friendships
How to experience more joy, confidence, and connection without constantly measuring yourself against others
This episode is for the Christian mom who wants deeper community, genuine support, and peaceful relationships with other women — without the pressure to appear perfect.
